We handle 1-year leases or longer and that does not includefurnishing.

We also provide our owners with statements at the end of every month, showing their expenses and rental income.
At the end of the year, we offer a 1099 and a year-end statement, showing the years’ total expenses and rental income.

If necessary, we can recommend reliable and credible repair services.

 

TENANTS:

For all our prospective tenants we require background checks concerning previous tenancy and credit checks.

If needed, monthly statements are available at the end of the month.
