Idyllwild Property Management has been around for about 30 years and is currently owned by a team of licensed, experienced professionals. The company offers unfurnished, long-term (1 year or more) leases only and do not handle vacation rentals.  We use strict guidelines in selecting our tenants, which includes background checks and credit checks. We also require tenants to fill out winterization addenda’s so they will know how to winterize their homes in the cold months.

For owners, we provide statements at the end of every month that contain information on their expenses and earnings for the month.
Then at the end of the year, we furnish a year-end statement showing their annual earnings and expenses along with a 1099 for tax purposes.
